By placing an order through monasmarket.shop, you agree to these terms.
We offer two ways to order:
Everything we sell is fresh and made in small batches. If an item sells out before your drop-off, we will contact you to substitute it or refund that item.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is applied only where Florida law requires it; grocery food is exempt. Delivery orders include a $4.99 delivery fee, which is waived on product subtotals of $40 or more before tax. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time you place your order.
New delivery customers receive 10% off their first delivery order.
Orders placed at our market stand are not included. We may change or withdraw this offer at any time.
We deliver in Saint Petersburg, Florida, to ZIP codes 33701 through 33716, on scheduled drop-off days — currently Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. You choose a drop-off day and a time window at checkout. Please provide an accurate address and any gate or building code. If we cannot access the delivery location, we will contact you to arrange another time.
If you opt in at checkout, Mona's Fresh Market will send you order updates, requests for feedback after a delivery, and occasional information about specials and new products.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Because our products are fresh and perishable, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If something arrives wrong or in poor condition, tell us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
