Mona's Fresh Market ("we," "us," or "our") operates monasmarket.shop. This policy explains what information we collect when you place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you place an order we collect:

Name — so we know whose order it is
Mobile phone number — for order updates and, only if you opt in, occasional offers
Email address — for your order confirmation and receipt
Delivery address — for "For the Week" delivery orders only
Order details — the items, quantities, and drop-off date you selected

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How We Use Your Information

To prepare, confirm, and deliver your order
To send your order confirmation and receipt
To contact you about your specific order if something changes
To send occasional specials and new-product texts — only if you checked the opt-in box

We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

Text Messages (SMS)

We only text you if you check the SMS opt-in box during checkout. That box is unchecked by default and is never required to place an order.

Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to order, and you will still receive email confirmations for orders you place.

Service Providers

We use a small number of trusted providers strictly to operate the business — payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), text messaging (Twilio), and order records (Google). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us, not for their own marketing.

Data Retention

We keep order records as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
